Every successful athlete has a coach, Every Shliach should also have a coach - without having to pay corporate fees!

"The Knei Lecho Chover program is a Shluchim Peer Community, a network of Shluchim who work in pairs to coach each other in personal and professional development.

 

Elilevy.com.au offers a foundation training session to teach the tools and framework for the basic coaching process and will then look to match Shluchim in pairs to coach each other on a weekly basis.

​

Partners will trade roles each week. In week 1, Reuven will coach Shimon and in week 2, Shimon will coach Reuven and so on. this way every 2 weeks, both partners get equal opportunity."
